Today I had the most marvellous time attending a Susan Baker 'Under the Sea' workshop here in Grafton. This was the final in a series of 'under the sea' workshops, where we were encouraged to paint our very own 'Fantasea'.
Naturally, The Little Mermaid came to my mind, and after applying some modelling paste to my canvas the day before, I set off to see if I could turn my idea for the project into a reality.
I had such fun painting at the workshop, and with a few ideas, helps, and tips from Sue, I ended up with this painting, and I quite like it!!
It's wonderful to be able to attend workshops in person for a change!
